The Cherryland Community Center kicked off construction on April 12, 2018, with a groundbreaking ceremony involving Alameda County supervisors, the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District, and Cherryland Community Association. The 17,500-square-foot community center is being built in an unincorporated neighborhood of Alameda County, bordered by Hayward, Castro Valley and San Lorenzo. We’re thrilled to see this project move forward!
