CSUMB Alumni & Visitor Center

Materials and landscape honor the coastal environment of Monterey Bay

Working in collaboration with George Homsey, FAIA, Noll & Tam Architects designed a welcoming new 12,500-square-foot gateway building to house administrative offices for the Provost, Alumni Services, Government and Community Relations, and Marketing for the new CSU campus at the former Fort Ord military base. The main room of the building provides generous access to the outdoors, opening onto a patio where visitors can sit among the vine-covered trellises and enjoy the Monterey Bay panoramas.
