De Anza College Advanced Technology Center

A complex renovation to improve this building’s infrastructure backbone

The three-story, 76,500-square-foot Advanced Technology Center (ATC) required complex renovation to suit the District’s current needs. Working within strict budget limitations, Noll & Tam designed new interior finishes and coordinated the replacement of outdated building infrastructure including a proper backbone cabling system with dedicated server and IDF rooms. HVAC, lighting, fire alarm system, door controls, and restrooms were all upgraded.
