Chris is a founding partner of Noll & Tam Architects, with more than 30 years of experience in public and institutional building design. He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from UC Berkeley and is a member of The American Institute of Architects. Chris' collaborative skills inspire creative and beloved design solutions. He specializes in planning and design of libraries for Noll & Tam, and is actively involved in the library community through the California Library Association (CLA) and the American Library Association (ALA). He is a member of the Legislative Committee of CLA and participates on a monthly basis to effectively implement change at the State level. Chris’ design for the El Cerrito Recycling and Environmental Resource Center was certified LEED® Platinum and has been published in a number of national publications.
