The panel showcases a diverse network of women empowering through leadership, knowledge, community, and belonging. Moderated by Emily Grandstaff-Rice, FAIA, AIA 2022 First Vice President/2023 President., the panel will include Deryl McKissack, PE, Founder, Chairwoman, and CEO of McKissack & McKissack, Natalie Y. Tse, S.E., a Structural Engineer with Tipping Engineers, and Phoebe Yee, Executive Vice President of Design for Related California, in addition to Janet. We hope the discussion inspires women of all ages to break barriers, share professional journeys, track where the course of women in leadership is headed, and make a lasting difference in the architecture world and beyond!
