Hayward Heritage Plaza Wins Merit Award!

The accolades for Hayward keep on coming! Noll & Tam is thrilled to announce that RHAA Landscape Architects’ stunning work with the Hayward Library & Community Learning Center and Heritage Plaza has been honored with an ASLA-NCC Merit Award from the American Society of Landscape Architects. RHAA worked closely with our team to facilitate a cohesive connection between the library and parks space, with a specific focus on sustainability. This beautiful park is helping reenergize Hayward’s downtown—as a place of refuge, a meeting place for friends, a celebration and events destination, and hub for community events.
