On July 29, 2016, the new Half Moon Bay library broke ground on a beautiful summer day. Mayor Rick Kowalczyk thanked everyone, as city officials, library staff, and county politicians enjoyed the event. Noll & Tam staff were excited to mark this next step towards the library’s construction, and were on hand to display boards to show attendees what the library will eventually look like when it opens in 2018.
