Noll & Tam worked with the City for more than 10 years to transform a six-acre ranch property into a community park. We were brought on to implement the initial master plan that recommended a community center at the site. After the City won a state grant, Cunningham Engineering Corporation led the development of a nature park and education center, including a demonstration garden, woodlands, grasslands restoration area, and a creek. Noll & Tam’s adaptive re-use design for the existing historic ranch house resulted in a flexible, welcoming center with programming for all ages.
