Developing a strategic vision at UC Berkeley
Noll & Tam developed a Strategic Master Plan for UC Berkeley’s College of Natural Resources that provides a road map for the next 20 years. The overarching goal is to use the College’s facilities as a demonstration of ecological sustainability. Key issues include re-using historic buildings, advancing multi-disciplinary learning and research, and remaining fiscally responsible. The report included detailed cost estimates to plan for a phased implementation and establish the capital campaign fundraising goals.
