Noll & Tam Principal Janet Tam traveled to Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada for a Women of Architecture event at the Azrieli School of Architecture & Urbanism. Janet was a panelist speaking on “Success/Failure and the Drive to Keep Creating in the Built Environment.” Women of Architecture (WOA!) works to promote a culture of equity and diversity in the architecture, design, and construction professions by recognizing the achievements of women in these fields and creating a community of support and growth.
