Since 1992, Noll & Tam’s main office has been in West Berkeley. We have always considered Oakland an obvious place to open another office. Oakland’s vibrant community and investment in public institutions are a powerful example of how a town can empower its citizens. We have worked with the City of Oakland for more than a decade, helping them on projects such as the Rockridge Library TeenZone and the space planning study of 250 Frank Ogawa Plaza.

This month, we made a strong commitment to our continued work with the City and the community of Oakland by opening an office on 17th Street in downtown. This satellite will be our home base for future work in Oakland, and a place that will ease the commute for our numerous Oakland-based staff.
