A few months ago, Noll & Tam staff Leah, Trina, and Eli were selected to participate in One Workplace’s ONEder Grant Program. The program seeks to support new and evolving research into how design influences the human experience. Our team evaluated decades worth of Noll & Tam projects and design engagement strategies to discover the most effective and inclusive ways to truly involve project stakeholders. The team recently presented their findings, shared their Design Engagement Toolkit, and recorded a podcast about their work.
