Noll & Tam Architects worked with Overaa Construction on this design-build project for the City of Albany. The new service center houses the Public Works offices, corporation yard, and warehousing on a tight site. The budget conscious and understated design delivers a home for Public Works that has a strong street-side presence, bright offices with pops of color, and effective use of the corp yard space for the City’s fleet program.
