De Anza College Seminar and Multicultural Center Buildings
Through our on-call contract with Foothill-De Anza Community College District, Noll & Tam has provided a range of services on mid-sized projects. We concurrently renovated these two buildings to create highly flexible interior and exterior spaces to accommodate a variety of programs that foster interaction, learning and leadership development. LEED Silver certification was achieved by reconstructing walls and windows, upgrading lighting and building systems, and incorporating interior finishes selected for their recycled content and low emissions.
