Our team was initially hired to perform a feasibility study to evaluate a “wishlist” of ideas for the renovation of two branch libraries in the City of Alameda, relative to a very limited budget.  We worked closely with Library administration, City staff and the library improvement board to define the scope that would give them the most “bang for the buck” and still correct major building deficiencies.
