Noll & Tam’s renovation of the American Canyon Library, a branch of the Napa County Library system, includes spaces for children, young adults, general reference, periodicals and computers in a compact 5,400 square feet. The building was originally a bank before serving as City Hall. A new skylight has transformed the interior and a community meeting room is available to the public for meetings and special events after the library is closed.
