In 2006, Noll & Tam evaluated two office buildings that house various county social services and legal resource departments. We developed a set of recommendations for renovation and associated costs, prioritizing code, performance, and aesthetic upgrades. The subsequent phased renovations of Building 10 and 20 included HVAC, security, electrical, data, wayfinding, lighting and finish upgrades throughout. Both buildings now have an improved user experience and will continue to serve the county’s needs into the future.
