Noll & Tam developed a master plan for a new CVSan headquarters on a highly visible site near their current facility. Project goals included maximizing energy efficiency, incorporating an administrative building and corporation yard for the CVSan fleet, and providing a welcoming experience and educational opportunities for the visiting public. The team explored aggressive strategies to limit water use.
